A meeting attended by the delegation of the Independent Association of Serbian Farmers, the director of the Industrijsko Bilje Business Association and oil industry representatives – the companies Victoria Group, Dijamant and Banat, was held at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management on 5 March 2014. The meeting resulted in an agreement on the basis of which the companies will pay a guaranteed initial price of 250 euros per ton of sunflower, while the final price will be the market price, not less than the stated initial amount.

On the recent competition, which is traditionally organized by the renowned company ’National Instruments’, Faculty of Technical Sciences from Novi Sad received the first award for Southeastern Europe, presented for technical innovation for early detection of malfunctions on mechanical devices. Pilot testing of this system was done in Victoriaoil’s factory.

Victoriaoil, a member company of Victoria Group, was presented with St. Sava plaquette by the Serbian society St. Sava for culture and arts from Šid, which traditionally awards meritorious individuals and companies.  St.Sava plaquette is an accolade established in 2000. Victoriaoil received it for donations made to this organization during the past years.

New package of Iskon oil has entered the official selection for REGPAK 2014 awards – regional award for best package for brands present on the region’s market. This competition is organized by Tectus – IatT Institute, company Tectus and magazine Ambalaža/REGprint from Zagreb (Croatia). The award ceremony will take place in May 2014, as part of the largest packaging industry event - FEST.A CROPAK 2014.

Victoriaoil, member of the Victoria Group and one of the largest exporters of food products in Serbia, promoted today a new packaging of their leading brand - Iskon oil. This product, sold in 11 countries throughout the European Union and CEFTA, has recorded a continuous growth in domestic and international markets since its launch in 2009.

Iskon Oil was awarded the “Ruža Zeps” gold medal for quality for the fourth consecutive year at the 20th General BH Fair ZEPS 2013. Eighteen products from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro were nominated in the food products category, and the evaluation of quality was made based on analyses performed by the Institute for Food Technologies at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences in Sarajevo, plus grading by the fair jury and a group of customers that participated in tasting.

Victoria Group, having successfully completed the implementation of the SAP business solution in 2012, has won the prestigious SAP CEE Quality Award, at the level of central and eastern Europe, in the category of medium-sized companies. The award is given for the first phase of the program VGSAP and is evaluated by a nine-member jury consisting of experts from the region in the implementation of this solution.
